The property was completely renovated in 2011.
The floors of the house are partially covered with traditional terracotta tiles, as well as modernized with microcement floors. The room temperature is regulated in all rooms by air conditioning (hot/cold). Two fireplaces, in the living area and in the bedroom, support the heating on cool days.
