The very generous terrace is partly covered and offers lots of space to enjoy the sun around the pool or to relax in the shade with a book or a glass of sangria.
The property has water from its own well, air conditioning in all rooms (both for heating and cooling), double glazing trough out the whole house and a separate pantry and laundry room.
Both Ibiza town and Sant José can be reached in about 10 minutes by car and the popular beaches, beach clubs and restaurants at Ses Salinas, Es Cavallet, Cala Jondal and Sa Caleta, are only 10 to 15 minutes drive from your doorstep.
The villa is east oriented, so in the morning you can enjoy some amazing sunrise views.
